| 1. Seperate Floors allow you to build a house of single
storey, 2 storey, 3 storey or more storeys
high 2. Seperate Roof allows you to choose a Single Pitch Roof, Double Pitch Roof , 3 Pitch Roof or 4 Pitch Roof 3. Lift off Hinges to House Fronts gives a choise of any combination of Fronts to suit your personal design. Windows available include Victorian, Georgian, Shop, Large, Medium, Small Windows and Bay Windows. 4. Fronts are Hinged on the Left and Open on the Right as standard. Hinge on the Right and Open on the Left can be supplied if rquested. 5. All House & Shop Fronts are Single Storey with the exception of the Classic and Manse Houses which are Double Storey but have the same Lift off Hinges as the Single Storey Fonts. 6. Lift off Hinges to Roof Fronts gives a choise of Roof Fronts. 7. Floor Partitions are loose therefore your can choose from a) 2 partions giving 2 rooms and a hallway, or b) 2 rooms, one larger than the other or c) one single room. 8. The staircase can be front to back for both partitions or placed against the back wall when one partition or no partitions are used. 9.
